We consult with the clients’ physicians and other community healthcare providers when necessary in order to determine what is needed for the best possible outcome for the client.
Our Private Duty Nursing is second to none. All of our Nurses and LPNs are licensed by the state, have current CPR certifications, and are background screened, bonded, and insured.
Private Duty Nursing provides:
- Wound care
- Colostomy care
- Medication dispensing injections and treatments
- Vital sign checks
- High-risk pregnancy care
- Infant care
- Ventilator cases
- Tracheotomy and feeding tube care
Certified Nurse/Home Health Aides provide:
Personal Care:
- Assist with grooming needs such as hair care, shaving, cleaning teeth, and routine nail care
- Supervising or assisting with tub baths, showers, sponge baths, and bed baths
- Assist with dressing and undressing
- Assist with mobilization activities, including turning, transferring, exercising, and walking
- Assist with self-administered medications by reminding them of their medicines
- Assist with eating or feeding
- Monitor vital signs such as blood pressure, pulse, and respiration
- Assist with toilet or commode needs
- Routine skin care applying lotion to dry skin
Homemaker Services:
- Routine housework including general cleaning, vacuuming, dusting, washing floors, washing, ironing, and changing beds
- Deep cleaning housework such as defrosting refrigerators/freezers, washing walls and windows, cleaning ovens/stoves and china cabinets
- Planning, cooking, and serving meals
- Transporting clients to social activities and appointments
- Assisting with mail correspondence, bills payments, and caring for plants
- Caring for pets, including feeding, exercising, cleaning litter boxes and birdcages, taking to grooming appointments or the Vet
Companion/Sitter Services:
- Providing companionship, friendship, socialization, and supervision
- Providing respite and palliative care
- Monitoring client’s safety, comfort, and welfare by contacting by phone or home visit
- Medication reminding and monitoring regular diet plans
